Mude was born with a clear mission: helping people live healthier lives. With a model focused on selling digital content, our challenge was to turn that strategy into a product that truly delivered value to users — and conversion for the business.

Solution

During discovery, we sparked a key shift: instead of just selling content, we started offering experiences. Classes, events, retreats, and brand partnerships became part of the value proposition.

Delivery

I led the product’s visual direction, helped structure flows and feature prioritization, and contributed to shaping the delivery strategy. The result was a sophisticated app with emotional appeal — and a business model that connects digital wellness with real-life experiences.
